Will you ever make themes for Squarespace? 🙂

    • SoloPine says:

      Hi Corinth,

At the moment, WordPress is keeping us busy. But perhaps in the future we’ll expand to other platforms! 🙂

      Cheers!

Oh no, this is not fair… I just implemented Hemlock, but I’m absolutely in love with this new theme! Bah the struggle is real 😉

  3. Hi! I’m an author shopping around for potential themes for my site, and I sent you all a ping via your contact form today. I’ve been going over Rosemary, Florence, and Hemlock and am going to get one of them, just not sure which one yet! Just wanted to complement you all on your lovely work, though. Looking forward to grabbing one of these themes to tweak on my dev site before I launch it on angelahighland.com. 😀

Hello! I recently purchased the Rosemary Solopine theme and was wondering how do I get the featured slider to work? Also, do all images need to be uploaded as 1060×720 (I believe) in order for it to work?

Hey guys, am the very proud owner of Rosemary for an interior design and styling blog – The Home Scene. I truly love this theme but really love the coding design element on Redwood of the three named boxes on the home page of redwood. is there anyway to get customisation through you to have these three titled boxes added on rosemary underneath the slider?
My website is http://www.thehomescene.nz if you needed to look.

    • SoloPine says:

Hi Kelly, so glad that you’re loving Rosemary! 🙂 In regards to adding Redwood’s Promo Box area to Rosemary, I wish it was a simple task to implement however it would require more customization work than we can assist with, unfortunately. If it’s important to you, though, I would definitely recommend considering a freelancer to build you a similar feature in your Rosemary. http://studio.envato.com has a big directory of freelancers for hire.

Should you find yourself with any other theme-related questions in the future, please feel free to head on over to our support site at https://solopine.ticksy.com — we’d be happy to assist!

      Cheers!

I’m so new with themes, and this may be a stupid question, but can I apply this theme to my wordpress website? Thanks!!!

    • SoloPine says:

Hi Jordyn, Thanks for reaching out! It’s not a bad question at all–
      There are 2 types of WordPress site: (1) WordPress.com, and, (2) WordPress.org.

WordPress.com is a privately own company which will host your site on their server. You can only use themes from their own directory. Our themes unfortunately will not function with WP.com.
WordPress.org is the free, open-source platform which you can easily install on a self-hosted server. With WP.org, you can choose from the tens of thousands of themes for sale online (including our own), add extra features and functionality to your site via plugins, and even monetize your site.

If you’re using WP.org, you’re very welcome to use one of our themes. However if you’re currently using WP.com, and if you’ve ever considered switching from WP.com over to WP.org, we would highly, highly recommend it for its wealth of freedom and customization options.

If you’re interested, we have an article on how to get started with WP.org here: http://solopine.com/how-to-start-a-blog/
WP.com also has a good article on transferring your site content from WP.com over to WP.org here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/
Let us know if you have any questions!
